All our pieces are made of solid 18k gold (yellow,rose and white). All our stones are natural diamonds and gems.

What is our shipping process withing the United States?
We offer free standard shipping and other express shipping. We process orders from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12 p.m. Eastern Time, weekends or holidays, processing will begin the next business day.
Orders are not shipped the same day the are placed. Please allow 2 business days after placing your order for processing. Bisarini Jewelry will send you an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Shipping time may vary due to the availability of our merchandise. Each product has its own delivery time.

What is our international shipping process?
We offer international shipping for all of our items. Please note that some of the countries outside the US may charge import taxes or fees and the recipient will be responsible for payments. They will be picked up by FedEx, UPS or DHL before the package can be delivered.
When shipping internationally, Bisatini Jewelry will not be responsible for any delays in deliveries due to import issues. ALl charges incurred for a refused delivery, as well as the cost of returning the package to Bisarini Jewelry, will be the responsibility of the buyer.

What is the process of returning a purchase?
At Bisarini Jewelry we love to please you, so if you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept a retunr for a credit in our store or n exchange within 7 days of receiving the deliveered product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Any product that shows singns of wear or that has been altered, resized or damaged will not be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items cannot be returned. Online returns without a Bisarini Jewelry return code (RMA) and packages that are not insured will be refused upon receipt.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, incluiding boxes, bags, and any gifts with purchase. All sale items, custom styles and custom orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged. Take extra care when packing fragile prodcuts to ensure they are not damaged during transport. Gift card purchases cannot be refunded.

How to return a purchase?
Please contact info@bisarinijewelry.com to receive a return authorization number. Please include your order number in the email. We will not accept returns without an authorized RMA number.
Before sending the return , please make sure the item is in the original packaging and in a shipping box to avoid further damage. Shipping in an envelope may damage the item and we will not be able to accept the return.
Ship the item to the address listed via an insured mail services, such as FedEx or UPS, with a signature requiried. Remember to insure the package for the cost of the item.
If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to reject it. Bisarini Jewelry is not responsible fot returned items lost or damaged int he mail.
